The Women's Resource Centre is a facility for women only, built for prayer space, activities and events.

Alhamdhulillah, we have dedicated sisters called 'Support Practioners' currently running "The Listening Space" every Wednesdays from 9:30AM to 11AM.

These are sessions in which women are able to talk to Support Practitioners about anything in private and with complete confidentiality. Clients are then signposted in the right direction to support their needs. Full details are below.

To call for support or book appointments call Salma on: 07494 196500.

Many women do not have anyone that they can just "talk to". Many Women need someone to just listen to their daily life problems. This, in many cases helps so much to the women concerned.

If we do not look after our women then our future, who are the children, will suffer the consequences. Be aware that Mental Health issues have increased. Our aim is to help women in their emotional well being in order to stop the increase of mental health issues, benefiting our children of the future and society as a whole.
